About our Support Program A big part of feeling
secure about using a critical product
like an accounting program is to know you
can get service
and support when you need it. This is a very important
part of
your investment.
To answer the need, we have created a very special support service that
quickly responds to our users' requests. We would like to encourage you to be
part of the program so we have provided a very economical support contract, which
you pay
for on a monthly basis.
In being part of the support program, in accordance with our support contract
policy, you receive:
- Free support
- Free yearly upgrades
- Free online training
If you choose not to join a support contract, support is still available but
is charged for when it is required. You will also
be advised of the new yearly
releases, which if you wish to participate in, will also be charged for.
In general the yearly upgrade costs more than being part
of a support
contract, so in reality, if you wish to keep your system up-to-date you may as
well join a support contract
and receive the free support as well!
If you wish to eliminate monthly billing you can also pay for your support
contract 3 monthly, 6 monthly, and yearly. To find out more please select this

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF USING VISTA...
If you use Vista and would like Remote Assistance, you will need to
switch to the Vista basic colour scheme before the connection.
(If using a laptop and would like to increase battery performance then
leave the basic scheme on. Otherwise switch back to the original
setting after the session)
- Right click a blank area of your desktop
- Select Personalize from the pop-up menu
(The Windows Control Panel opens)
- Select 'Windows Colour and Appearance' link
- Select the 'Open classic appearance properties for more colour options'
- In the Appearance settings, select the
Windows Vista Basic
- Your desktop will change and your pc will be faster. Remote Assistance
will now work once you select the above link.
