Call Centre Module

The Call Centre Module is designed to help you to manage your clients, keep regular calls to them, and as a result, increase service and sales. It is a very effective module.

How it works is:

  • For each client in the database you can specify a call back date to make a phone call or visit. You can also set a frequency that you would like to repeat the call such as daily, weekly, monthly, and so on.

  • Then when you go into the Call Centre you can filter clients that you should have called by a certain date.

  • Once the call is completed, by the click of a button you can move the client out of the call list, which automatically sets their next call date, and keeps important statistical performance information such as how many calls you made, sales results and statistics.

  • You can also attach the client to a Group or a Division which effectively provides you with the ability to assign clients to sales reps and for them to manage their clients, or work with groups of clients such as prospects, schools, or clients.

Availability:
