How do I...
  If I cannot close SoEasy through the normal means, how can I close it?
or I have strike through on my screens and reports

  I use RDC connection and I have a printer problem
   
  If I cannot close SoEasy through the normal means, how can I close it?
or I have strike through on my screens and reports
  Sometimes the Windows operating system will not release programs from memory even though
the program is closed.

To check that SoEasy is closed or to close SoEasy when it is impossible to close, open the
Task Manager by either one of these two methods:

Method 1:

Press the keys -  Ctr + Alt + Del

This will raise the Task Manager below or provide a list of options where you can
open the Task Manager

Method 2:

Select Start - Run

In the run dialog enter taskmgr and select OK

 

Now follow this technique:

 

Note: If you are using our new Run Time System there may appear strike through on the
words of screens or reports. This is an issue due to the modifications to allow for SoEasy
to run on all versions of Windows including Vista.

We will eventually eliminate this issue but should you experience strike through, please
follow the above technique, even though you may have already closed SoEasy.

You will find that ntvdm.exe is still running and needs to be closed to clear the problem.
