Proactive Support Plan Form for a Development Site

If you are getting a significant modification made then your site is deemed to be a Development Site.

To make the project run more smoothly and quickly you will be placed on a Proactive Support Plan (PSP).

With a  Proactive Support Plan you receive the following benefits:

  • A support technician contacts you everyday to make sure everything is working to plan.
  • The technician will run through progress with development work and maintain a list of modification requirements.
  • The technician will also co-ordinate training where required.
  • Each week, if we have remote access to your site, a series of data tests are performed to make sure everything is correct and you receive a quality assurance report each week identifying any issues.
  • Additional support pages are created for your specific functions to ensure you know how to use the new procedures.
  • A special web page is created which is updated daily with your projects progress.

This is a considerable amount of work that is not covered in the actual software development contract and takes far more time than our standard support contract allows so there are special rates applicable.

It is great value for money considering you will be getting a qualified technician to analyze your project most days and the plan provides you with a managed progression that accelerates the project and delivers you and your staff piece of mind.

If you are participating in any development work, it is compulsory for you to engage this service at the beginning of the contract until you have decided that the project is finished to your satisfaction. Once finished you can move into the General Support Plan which will reduce costs or you may wish to maintain the Proactive Support Plan as part of your daily quality assurance.
