Support Contracts  
If you are on one of our support contracts then general support is included in your contract.  
Contract support includes:
  • Free Upgrades to the latest Master Version
  • Free email support
  • Free Telephone Support
  • Free Fax Support
  • Free Remote Assistance
  • Free Newsletters and additional training resources

Support not covered by a contract includes:

  • Assistance to reconcile your accounts
  • Assistance to set up/load your data
  • Modifications
  • Assistance to resolve PC hardware and third party software issues
  • Extensive training

However these services may be available at the standard rate. Talk to the support department for more information.


Non Contract Support Option

  • If you do not wish to be on a support contract then you can gain free support via our community forum pages.
     
  • All other services are automatically charged for at a rate of $30 + gst per fifteen minutes or part there of irrespective of the issue.

5 Reasons to take a Support Contract

  • The yearly upgrade is normally charged at between 50% and 75% of the current price of the version, and any specialist modules, you have.
    With a support contract the upgrade is FREE
  • Priority support is given to service contract members
  • The price of a service contract can easily be budgeted for on a month by month basis where as if you have a problem, you could end up with a bill you did not budget for.
  • By paying a small fee we become part of your support team
