| When
you connect to a server or a pc by using RDC, the printers on your
local PC (the one you are actually working on) are mapped by the
server at the time of connection. This
can cause issues so:
1. To always be asked which printer to use
when connecting to the SoEasy application on the server:
- Open SoEasy to The Front Company Menu
- Select Options
- Select Request Printer and set the
option to "Prompt? = Yes"
2. If the printer fails to work, and normal
processes to resolve the printer will not solve the problem:
- Exit SoEasy
- Log off the Remote Connection
- Log back on to the Remote Connection
- Open SoEasy - Set Printers and check the
printer settings
- Test the printing option again
If still not solved, re-boot all PC's
including the server and try the above process again
If this process fails you will need to contact
SoEasy for assistance.
