General Telephone Dialing Functions |
| |
If you select a
customers telephone number, with your mouse, inside the Platform or Call
Centre, a telephone dialer will pop up where you can add the clients
number and dial. The Dialer program will
need to be set up by a qualified telephone technician. |

TAPI |

If you are trying to set up a TAPI
system and you have a command line dialer, then you can configure the
executable file to be called through the set up section of Platform
(please contact us for more information on this) |
