usually within 24 hours.
Terms and Conditions
The term ‘supplier’ relates to
SoEasyAccounting.com Ltd, The Matrix Trust, and all staff and
contractors to these two entities.
All modifications remain the Intellectual
Property of The Matrix Trust and are made under our standard terms
and conditions and software licensing agreement as agreed to
during installation and present in the User Guide.
Any dates specified are guidelines only and
may vary.
Payment terms must be adhered to.
Any additional programming work not related
to the task specified in this document will be charged for
separately.
Where a charge period of day/days is
stipulated this does not relate to a specific number of hours but
more specifically the passage of one day. The number of hours in
that day varies and is not charged for separately.
Internet Remote access to the server must
be provided to the supplier and maintained by the client.
The number of PC’s the software is to run
on is stipulated. Any additional installations will be charged for
separately.
Local Hardware failure is not the
responsibility of the supplier.
Where hardware failure is identified as a
problem, the client must take steps to remedy the issue. Failure
to do so will void the support contract and standard hourly rates
for support will be charged.
All charges outside of this contract will
be billed separately and are due payment within 7 days unless
otherwise agreed to
Our standard software licensing agreement

There are no refunds under any
circumstances
A development client must be on a current
support contract.
For jobs in excess of 10 hours, the client must be on a
Development Support Contract.
You must be using our latest Master Version
of SoEasyAccounting. If not an upgrade charge will apply
For large modifications you must be using
at least the Enterprise Version
