If I send an email from outlook, the customer receives it.

But if I send the same email from SoEasy, they do not receive it. Why?

Although it may seem like they are the same emails, they are actually not.

The address to, subject, content, and address from are the same, but the binding information is not as well as the location the email is being sent from.

This means that as the emails are processed by the email servers, they are reading information that may not pass their security definitions.
